{Almost} Wordless Wednesdays - In the Garden

Our Hostas are blooming.

I tried to catch a hummingbird feeding.

Man, they're fast.

I caught this slow guy instead.  Do you see him in there?

There he is.

    Lovely lavender and green colors. I love hosta flowers-they take so little work. Apparently they are draught tolerant in the shade. We have not had rain in weeks. I think our allotment of water all came in spring. Love the bee. Hummingbirds are fickled and fast; not easy to photograph, but very fun to watch.

    Loved the bee in the lavender!!! way to go ... yes those humming birds are fast.. I've managed a couple photos at the feeders but not in flight... happy Wednesday...HHL
